This was a fun project in a historic boutique hotel that features a Waldorf BOLD lineup of cooking equipment and benches that are plinth mounted for a seamless look in the open kitchen. Note the original stone wall behind the cooking equipment, this gives a great visual effect behind the cookline and was well sealed to prevent staining.
