• The Hayman CF198 is fitted with a Melt/Off/Cook switch
• Melt function allows solid cooking mediums to be melted without the possibility of overheating. In Melt function a reduced 2Kw of heating is applied to the cooking medium
• In Cook position all elements are operational giving 15Kw of efficient cooking.
• Three x 5Kw removable elements enable easy cleaning
• Insulated tank walls and heat retaining flip down lid
• Adjustable thermostat controlled with safety re settable over-temp cutout
• Drain ball valve fitted underneath for easy access
• Supplied complete with Fixed Stainless steel legs and adjustable feet
